The heat is captured for a long time in the Alfa high-density fire bricks, reaching the perfect temperature for even cooking. The innovative Heat Genius™ technology releases heat slowly from the refractory brick and irradiates evenly through the walls, allowing condiments to cook at one temperature and the dough at another, resulting in each pizza being consistently aromatic and well-cooked.
