We are offering free of charge delivery within the UAE. However, in special cases for non-standard deliveries (outside the city limits), fees and charges may be applicable, details of which will be provided by MVP Appliances and agreed with the customer prior to any order being completed.

Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the customer. The delivery team will contact the customer beforehand if they need any further information or clarification about the address. The order will be delivered within 1-3 working days, and our sales team will get in touch with the customer to confirm the delivery date. MVP Appliances will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product(s) on the agreed delivery date and time. If for any reason MVP Appliances is unable to deliver the product(s) on the agreed delivery date, such as due to transportation difficulties or any other reasons, it will still do its best to deliver the product(s) within a reasonable time frame after the original delivery date.

In the event that the customer is not present to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, the customer will be liable to pay MVP Appliances a fee to have the product(s) re-delivered at a new delivery time/date, as agreed by MVP Appliances and the customer. This re-delivery fee is payable by the customer prior to MVP Appliances re-delivering the product(s) at the new nominated delivery time/date.

Installation:

Our qualified professional technicians install it right the first time to ensure maximum performance of your appliance. Your appliance will meet all regulations and be installed according to local codes and manufacturer specifications by our fully qualified, knowledgeable and insured technicians. We are dedicated to providing you with professional installation services and putting our knowledge and experience to work for you.

Customer guidelines & site requirements prior to installation:
Electric Cooking Appliances:

Electrical Supply must be properly located as per product specifications.

Ensure Cabinets and countertops are cut out according to product specifications.

If applicable, we recommend installing all ventilation before the cooking appliance.

Gas Cooking Appliances:

Existing gas lines must be to code & installed in proper location (non-combustible backsplash installed).

Gas lines must be sized according to appliance specifications.

Electrical outlets must be in the proper location. Exterior ventilation is mandatory.

Ventilation:

All vents must be located & sized according to product specs.

Re-enforcements for island/wall hoods must be roughed in and planned for.

Refrigeration:

Water lines must be roughed in with a shut-off valve & properly located.

Electrical outlets must be properly located.

Ensure Cabinet openings and panels are sized according to product specifications.

Dishwasher:

Hot water lines and drains must be roughed in with a shut-off valve & properly located.

Electrical lines & outlets must be properly located & on a dedicated circuit.

Ensure breakers are installed on the electrical supply line.

Laundry:

Water lines & drains must be roughed in and ready with appropriate shut-off valves.

Appropriate venting must be ready and properly located with exterior cap.

Built-in-Appliances:

Utilities must be roughed in according to specifications.

Cabinets, gables & any support structures must be ready.

Custom panels must be cut to specifications & handle holes pre-drilled.

Ensure Cabinet openings and panels are sized according to product specifications.
