In order to keep the appliance clean and operating properly over time, the hood is equipped with a maintenance alarm that alerts the user when grease and odor filters are about to reach maximum saturation for easier wash and replacement. Also, to ensure the best performance and long-term duration of your hood, Elica has designed the innovative, regenerable Long Life odour filter which lasts up to three years, unlike traditional filters that need to be changed every 3-6 months. The filter can be washed with hot water and neutral soap or in the dishwasher at 65° and dried at 100° in the oven for ten minutes. Elica models are designed with materials and finishes that promote easy maintenance and clean up.
