The activated carbons are integrated in a ceramic structure that makes them easily and completely accessible from impurities, thus creating a high absorption surface. Saturation of activated carbon ceramic filters occurs after a more or less prolonged use depending on the type of kitchen and the regularity of the cleaning of the fat filter. These odour filters can be thermally regenerated every 2/3 months in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. The regeneration allows a maximum filter life of 5 years.
