Foster Modular Induction Systems bring high-tech features to improve performance and security:
• Powerboost: Booster function provides increased power to the selected plate. When activated, the plate works for ten minutes at a very high power that allows heating quickly large quantities of water.
• Pot detector allows the energy to be used even more efficiently. The plates switch off automatically when the pot is removed.
• Smart fan system ventilation automatically regulates the amount of ventilation to suit the temperatures reached.
• End-of-cooking programming through the touch-control on the glass.
• Slider commands allow extremely quick temperature setting, selecting with a light touch the desired power level on the touch display.
• Independent timer from the end-of-cooking function.
• Heat maintenance function allows the food to be kept warm gently (70° C), without reaching boiling temperatures or risking burning your preparations.
• Go&stop function that turns on the plates at maximum power until the selected temperature has been reached.
• Recall allows you to use the last selected settings.
• Pause function that allows freedom, interrupting and restoring the settings immediately.
• Safety functions: Centralized power-off function, child-proof safety lock, residual heat warning lights, turning off the hob in the absence of pot, overflow detector in case of liquid overflow and automatic deactivation to prevent accidents.
