We offer a 14-day return policy from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and unused. We do not accept returns for opened or box-damaged products.
You are eligible for a refund as per the policies mentioned below:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or can’t be repaired.
- If the item or its parts have previously been replaced, but the defect is still occurring during the warranty period (as per warranty terms).

Refund
Upon the correct return of products, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction, after deduction of any applicable bank charges.
