MVP Appliances L.L.C., a company incorporated under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (referred to herein as " MVP Appliances ", "we", "our" or "us") operates the Internet e-commerce website www.mvpappliances.com ("Website"). The Website is provided as a service to you and is intended to allow you and other users to browse and order products and other goods or services ("Products") offered for sale on the Website. MVP Appliances reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Website at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the Website.

Notwithstanding any oral or written information, opinions, evaluations, descriptions, or consultations of any kind furnished by MVP Appliances to the contrary, you specifically agree to the terms set forth below.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are between MVP Appliances and you as an end user of MVP Appliances’ Website. MVP Appliances take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content submitted by you or any third party.

Account and Registered user

In order to purchase any Products on the Website, you may either register and create an account secured by a password (the "Account") or submit your order without creating the Account i.e. as a "Guest". Any Account so created is personal to you, and you may not transfer it to another person. Your registration or order (in case of Guest) shall be complete after you accept the Terms. The Terms will apply each time you submit an order for any Products on the Website.

By registering and creating an Account, you attain the status of a "Registered User." To qualify as a Registered User or place an order as a Guest for any products on the Website, you must be at least 18 years old. It is imperative that you provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including details such as name, date of birth, email address, credit card details, and other relevant information, as requested during the Account creation process or when submitting an order as a Guest on the Website. All products and services are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock or that services will be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any products and/or services at any time for any reason. Prices for all products and services are subject to change.

Services; Order, Pricing and Payment:

The Services shall include:
- the provision to you of the Website to purchase any Products;
- delivery of your purchased Products to you;
- MVP Appliances customer support, enabling you to contact MVP Appliances at [email protected] with any queries that you may have in relation to your purchased Product/s.

You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order. All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams.

MVP Appliances may not accept your order for Products if
(a) the item/s is/are out of stock.
(b) MVP Appliances is unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
(c) shipping restrictions apply to a particular Product.
(d) MVP Appliances finds a Product or pricing error.
(e) for any other reason at MVP Appliances’ sole discretion.

In any of these situations, MVP Appliances will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our decision to decline processing an order, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. There may be errors in transmission resulting in the interruption of your purchase, you agree to cooperate with MVP Appliances to resolve such issues, and you agree that MVP Appliances shall have full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, MVP Appliances will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment. MVP Appliances cannot be held responsible if this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods/Products. All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the process, you agree to accept and pay for the item/s requested.

Certain orders may constitute improper use of the Website and its Services. MVP Appliances reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your Account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at MVP Appliances sole discretion.

In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, MVP Appliances shall have the right, at MVP Appliances' sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product. In the event that a Product is mispriced, MVP Appliances may, at MVP Appliances discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

MVP Appliances will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with attractive prices on the Website as well as in its stores, however, sometimes the price online will not match the price in a store.

MVP Appliances reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by same account, the same credit card and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Effective January 1st, 2018, the United Arab Emirates Government has implemented a VAT rate of 5% on most goods and services, including our delivery, installation and warranty charges. We comply with this requirement, and all prices and services mentioned on our Website include VAT. You will receive tax receipts for all your purchases, and if you need a copy of your receipt, you can request it by emailing us at [email protected].

Shipping

We are offering free of charge delivery within the UAE. However, in special cases for non-standard deliveries (outside the city limits), fees and charges may be applicable, details of which will be provided by MVP Appliances and agreed with the customer prior to any order being completed.

Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the customer. The delivery team will contact the customer beforehand if they need any further information or clarification about the address. The order will be delivered within 1-3 working days, and our sales team will get in touch with the customer to confirm the delivery date. MVP Appliances will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product(s) on the agreed delivery date and time. If for any reason MVP Appliances is unable to deliver the product(s) on the agreed delivery date, such as due to transportation difficulties or any other reasons, it will still do its best to deliver the product(s) within a reasonable time frame after the original delivery date.

In the event that the customer is not present to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, the customer will be liable to pay MVP Appliances a fee to have the product(s) re-delivered at a new delivery time/date, as agreed by MVP Appliances and the customer. This re-delivery fee is payable by the customer prior to MVP Appliances re-delivering the product(s) at the new nominated delivery time/date.

Installation

Our qualified professional technicians install it right the first time to ensure maximum performance of your appliance. Your appliance will meet all regulations and be installed according to local codes and manufacturer specifications by our fully qualified, knowledgeable and insured technicians. We are dedicated to providing you with professional installation services and putting our knowledge and experience to work for you.

Customer guidelines & site requirements prior to installation:

Electric Cooking Appliances:

Electrical Supply must be properly located as per product specifications. Ensure Cabinets and countertops are cut out according to product specifications. If applicable, we recommend installing all ventilation before the cooking appliance.

Gas Cooking Appliances:

Existing gas lines must be to code & installed in proper location (non-combustible backsplash installed). Gas lines must be sized according to appliance specifications. Electrical outlets must be in the proper location. Exterior ventilation is mandatory.

Ventilation:

All vents must be located & sized according to product specs. Re-enforcements for island/wall hoods must be roughed in and planned for.

Refrigeration:

Water lines must be roughed in with a shut-off valve & properly located. Electrical outlets must be properly located. Ensure Cabinet openings and panels are sized according to product specifications.

Dishwasher:

Hot water lines and drains must be roughed in with a shut-off valve & properly located. Electrical lines & outlets must be properly located & on a dedicated circuit. Ensure breakers are installed on the electrical supply line.

Laundry:

Water lines & drains must be roughed in and ready with appropriate shut-off valves. Appropriate venting must be ready and properly located with exterior cap.

Built-in-Appliances:

Utilities must be roughed in according to specifications. Cabinets, gables & any support structures must be ready. Custom panels must be cut to specifications & handle holes pre-drilled. Ensure Cabinet openings and panels are sized according to product specifications.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and unused. We do not accept returns for opened or box-damaged products.
You are eligible for a refund as per the policies mentioned below:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or can’t be repaired.
- If the item or its parts have previously been replaced, but the defect is still occurring during the warranty period (as per warranty terms).

How to return a product:

- Log in to your account on the Website, navigate to order details, and choose "Return Items" to request the return.

Ensure that you contact us from your registered phone number or email ID Provide your order number and invoice copy to receive prompt assistance from our customer service team. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a pick-up for your return. We perform a quality check on all returned products, and we will accept all orders that pass the quality check.

Refund

Upon the correct return of products, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction, after deduction of any applicable bank charges.
