Warranty Terms & Conditions
MVP Appliances warrants that the product(s) will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months on appliances for brands Elica, Elba, Foster, Algor, ALFA Forni, Lancellotti, 24 months on Liebherr, and 10 years on all sinks from the date of delivery.
The extended warranty can be purchased either on our website at the time of product acquisition or from our Service Center within 90 days of the initial purchase date. The warranty for products purchased on our official website www.mvpappliances.com is only valid within the UAE.
MVP Appliances reserves the right to inspect and test the product(s) for the purpose of determining the extent of any defect and the validity of any claim made under this warranty. All defective parts/products replaced by MVP Appliances under this warranty will be deemed to be the property of MVP Appliances.
This MVP Appliances warranty will not apply if the product(s) is rendered faulty by a factor other than a manufacturing defect. Such factors include but are not limited to: i. Damage through misuse (including failure to maintain, service or use with proper care), neglect, accident or ordinary wear and tear (including deterioration of parts and accessories and glass breakage). ii. Use for a purpose for which the product was not sold or designed. iii. In the case of household appliances for commercial use. iv. use or installation (where applicable), which is not in accordance with any specified instructions for use or installation. v. Use or operation after the defect has occurred or been discovered. vi. Damage through freight, transportation or handling in transit (after MVP Appliances has already delivered the appliance(s) to the customer location. vii. Damage through exposure to chemicals, dust, residues, excessive voltage, heat, atmospheric conditions or other forces or environmental factors (including vermin damage), howsoever outside MVP Appliances control. viii. Repair, modification or tampering with by the purchaser or any person other than MVP Appliances or an Authorized Service Agent. xi. Use of parts, components or accessories which have not been supplied by or specifically approved by MVP Appliances.
The warranty does not apply to consumables such as filters, lights, etc.
The warranty shall not apply to appliances located on a boat, vehicle, or movable object.
Customers must retain proof of purchase (receipt) to be eligible to make a warranty claim.
The MVP Appliances warranty is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Conduct a basic check of the product to establish if it is appropriately connected. It is also a good idea to check the MVP Appliances user manual.

Provide and make available the warranty card or a copy of the purchase receipt to show that the warranty applies to the product at the date of the claim.
All service requests will be responded to within 1-2 working days.
Service & Spare Parts
MVP Appliances LLC shall carry out all services diligently and in accordance with market standards.
Service calls will be attended to during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm).
While MVP Appliances will use reasonable commercial endeavors to have all necessary spare parts available for the purpose of repair or service, MVP Appliances is not liable for delays due to sourcing of parts which are required, or due to circumstances beyond the control of MVP Appliances.
Upon customer request, MVP Appliances will promptly provide service to the best of our ability, as determined at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any costs, expenses, injuries, direct or indirect losses, damages, or liabilities arising from our inability to fulfil obligations under the Warranty due to circumstances beyond our control.
The customer shall provide a reasonable, sufficient, and safe working space to access the appliances for Service.
The customer is liable to move away all blocking objects or move the appliances to an appropriate location with electricity/gas water supply/drainage for testing the appliances.
MVP Appliances LLC reserves the right not to provide any service if the working space is limited, non-sufficient, or unsafe or should there be a risk of creating damage of any kind due to working space (e.g. Appliances located rooftop, above the ceiling tile or located at an unsafe height or blocked by other objects).
MVP Appliances LLC shall not be liable for any cost, expenses, injury, direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or liability whatsoever caused by or arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with any defect in the appliances before or after being serviced by MVP Appliances LLC.
In the event of repair, MVP Appliances LLC will not perform any additional services such as masonry, electrical, plumbing, ducting, joinery, or carpentry.
Customers will incur an additional fee for service visits to outlying islands or areas outside city limits.
MVP Appliances LLC reserves the right to amend the warranty terms and conditions.
